Carbon Footprint:
What is it?
According to the Nature Conservancy Organization a carbon footprint is, " the total amount of greenhouse gases (including carbon dioxide and methane) that are generated by our action". These actions are things such as car exhaust, deforestation practices, expedited urban sprawl, etc. As societal advancements continue to occur so does our impact on this earth. the sole proprietors of carbon dioxide emissions is the human race.
